The meat and membrane surround the actual tendon keeping your dog busy and happy. This tendon comes from under the Shin bone and is a long-lasting tendon. This killer Beef Cheek Roll measures 10-12 inches and is made from 100% baked all natural cow cheeks (the ones in a cow’s head). This is not rawhide. It is easily digestible.
